About the role

  • This is a remote position.
  • They’re committed to providing our clients with customer service they love and solutions that deliver results.
  • You will be responsible for selling digital marketing services to insurance agencies across the US.
  • You should be a sales savvy, highly motivated professional who can communicate and present their website and digital marketing services via phone, online demonstrations, and live website chat.
  • You must have great communication skills and be able to make prospects feel comfortable with technical subjects.
  • You should be a good listener that asks effective questions in order to identify a prospective client’s pain points and shares advice to help them.
  • In addition to new customer sales, this position requires up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years prior sales experience
  • Recent sales experience in digital marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to sell and convince
  • Natural ability to explain technical things in an easily understood manner
  • Honestly and accurately set expectations with each client
  • Excellent C1/C2 English level
  • Helpful, but not required: Experience with online sales presentation tools, such as Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, or equivalent
  • Helpful, but not required: Experience with smaller businesses, with a shorter sales cycle (30 days)
  • Helpful, but not required: Experience with sales CRM applications, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent for lead generation, nurturing, tracking, and follow-up
  • Helpful, but not required: Knowledge of various digital marketing services, including websites, SEO best practices, PPC advertising, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn)
