About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the executive calendar end to end across multiple time zones including US, European, and Korean business hours
  • Schedule internal meetings, external partner calls, OEM engagements, and cross-functional reviews
  • Protect executive focus time and ensure the calendar reflects the right priorities at all times
  • Coordinate logistics and prepare briefing materials ahead of every meeting
  • Manage the executive inbox daily, flagging priority items, drafting responses, and filing the rest
  • Handle bilingual correspondence in English and Korean with Korean-speaking partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure all communications are responded to promptly and professionally
  • Draft, review, and send emails and follow-ups on behalf of the executive as needed
  • Book and manage complex international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa requirements
  • Build detailed itineraries that account for time zones, meeting schedules, and logistics across multiple countries
  • Handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently without disrupting the executive's schedule
  • Serve as a point of contact for Korean-speaking OEM partners, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare bilingual meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up communications
  • Support cross-cultural communication between the executive team and Korean-speaking counterparts
  • Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to draft correspondence, summarize documents, prepare briefings, and streamline recurring tasks
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up trackers
  • Manage expense reports, vendor coordination, and document organization
  • Support special projects and ad hoc requests from senior leadership as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional fluency in both Korean and English, written and spoken, this is a non-negotiable requirement
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior EA supporting a C-suite executive or senior leadership team
  • Strong calendar management experience across multiple time zones including Asia-Pacific
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT as a daily part of your workflow
  • Excellent written communication skills in both Korean and English with the ability to draft professional correspondence in both languages
  • Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Discreet and reliable when handling sensitive business information and executive communications
  • Calm and effective under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
