PIM Manager
Hire OverseasProduct Information Manager managing product content for a U.S.-based sales and marketing agency. Driving content accuracy and optimization across e-commerce platforms to support sales growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, organize, and maintain all product data including titles, descriptions, specifications, and assets
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and standardization of all product content
- Identify and fill content gaps in collaboration with internal teams and manufacturers
- Structure content for high-performing Product Detail Pages across e-commerce platforms
- Apply SEO, keyword optimization, and conversion-focused messaging
- Ensure all content meets platform compliance requirements before syndication
- Syndicate product content across key merchandising and reseller platforms
- Maintain consistent and accurate data flow across all channels
- Resolve formatting or data issues that could suppress listings or reduce visibility
- Communicate results with Strategic Account Managers, the Sales Enablement team, and manufacturing clients via the TRG POP report
- Maintain data standards, naming conventions, and content integrity across all SKUs
- Eliminate outdated or inaccurate content and create a single source of truth within the PIM
- Ensure fully enriched SKUs are ready for syndication at all times
- Work with sales, creative, and manufacturer teams to support product launches with complete content
- Align content strategy with go-to-market initiatives
- Assist with lead follow-up, nurturing activities, and campaign support as needed
- Maintain clear and detailed notes for all interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in PIM, e-commerce content management, or catalog management
- Hands-on experience with PIM systems and Amazon content requirements preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business professionals
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
- Proactive mindset: you identify gaps and fix them without being asked
- Availability during U.S. business hours
