About the role
- Build, manage, and optimize outbound sequences inside **Apollo.io**
- Source targeted leads across multiple buyer types
- Maintain a high volume of structured outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Track engagement metrics and adjust sequences to improve deliverability and conversions
- Identify prospects' needs, pain points, and qualification markers
- Engage warm prospects based on signals (opens, clicks, repeat views, etc.)
- Confidently jump on calls when a prospect shows intent
- Qualify leads using established criteria
- Book meetings and hand off warm, vetted prospects to the sales manager
- Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, targeting lists, and outreach strategy
- Provide suggestions for better messaging, sequencing, and domain rotation
- Share insights on what’s working, what’s not, and where there are opportunities to improve
- Stay aligned with the sales team on funnel metrics and weekly priorities
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of outbound sales or SDR/BDR experience
- Proven experience using **Apollo.io** for sourcing, sequencing, and engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable calling prospects and following up based on engagement signals
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver measurable results
- Experience in B2B services or facilities management is a plus but not required
- Experience handing off opportunities to a sales manager (nice to have)
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
