About the role

  • Build, manage, and optimize outbound sequences inside **Apollo.io**
  • Source targeted leads across multiple buyer types
  • Maintain a high volume of structured outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Track engagement metrics and adjust sequences to improve deliverability and conversions
  • Identify prospects' needs, pain points, and qualification markers
  • Engage warm prospects based on signals (opens, clicks, repeat views, etc.)
  • Confidently jump on calls when a prospect shows intent
  • Qualify leads using established criteria
  • Book meetings and hand off warm, vetted prospects to the sales manager
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, targeting lists, and outreach strategy
  • Provide suggestions for better messaging, sequencing, and domain rotation
  • Share insights on what’s working, what’s not, and where there are opportunities to improve
  • Stay aligned with the sales team on funnel metrics and weekly priorities

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of outbound sales or SDR/BDR experience
  • Proven experience using **Apollo.io** for sourcing, sequencing, and engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable calling prospects and following up based on engagement signals
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver measurable results
  • Experience in B2B services or facilities management is a plus but not required
  • Experience handing off opportunities to a sales manager (nice to have)
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
