About the role
- Own sprint direction, Live Ops planning, backlog clarity, and release predictability
- Partner closely with engineering, design, art, and QA
- Translate product priorities into structured execution and ensure updates ship on time with quality
- Own the Live Ops calendar and content release planning
- Balance feature work, events, and monetization updates
- Drive decision-making when tradeoffs arise
- Monitor event performance and product KPIs
- Use AI tools to accelerate documentation and internal workflows
Requirements
- **2 to 5+ years** of experience in product management or production within mobile casual or free-to-play games
- Direct exposure to **Live Ops and scheduled content releases**
- Strong understanding of F2P fundamentals including events, offers, retention, and monetization loops
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in sprint-based environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguity within startup settings
- Strong written communication and async collaboration skills
- Experience using **Linear** or similar product management tools
