Requirements

  • **2 to 4 years** of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
  • Proven track record generating and qualifying leads for consultative or complex services
  • Strong communicator with excellent English skills across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Skilled in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and CRM-based pipeline management
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and motivated by performance metrics
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments where experimentation and iteration are expected
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo (Nice to Have)
