About the role

Design, build, and deploy **RPA solutions** based on clearly defined SOPs
Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains
Develop, test, and maintain automations using **UiPath, Playwright, Zapier**, or equivalent tools
Integrate automations with existing web apps, SaaS tools, and internal systems
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed workflows
Document automation logic and maintain clear technical documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
Ensure automations meet **security, data privacy, and compliance** standards
Participate in regular team check-ins and project updates

**3+ years of experience** in RPA or automation engineering roles
Hands-on experience with **UiPath** (or similar platforms such as Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere)
Experience with browser automation and workflow tools (e.g., **Playwright, Zapier**)
Working knowledge of **Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#**
Understanding of **business process automation and reengineering**
Familiarity with **APIs, databases, and basic SQL**
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to write **clean, maintainable, and reusable automation code**
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
