About the role

  • Create high-quality graphics for websites, landing pages, and digital experiences
  • Design banners, visual sections, icons, UI-supporting elements, and layout-ready components
  • Maintain consistency in brand styling, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Turn creative briefs into visuals that support clarity, credibility, and conversions
  • Develop assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, and promotional materials
  • Maintain organized design libraries and reusable graphic systems
  • Collaborate with content or marketing teams to align visuals with messaging
  • Create light motion graphics for product promos or UI showcases (nice to have)
  • Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) to explore concepts or visual variations
  • Help refine AI prompts for ideation or rapid prototyping

Requirements

  • **2 to 4 years** of experience as a graphic designer with a strong focus on web graphics
  • Proficiency in **Figma**, **Adobe Illustrator**, and **Photoshop**
  • Strong grasp of layout, spacing, typography, and visual clarity
  • Ability to design clean, modern, conversion-friendly web visuals
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable producing multiple assets weekly
  • Motion design experience (After Effects or similar)
  • AI prompting or experience integrating AI-generated design elements
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX or web layout structures
