About the role
- We’re looking for a **Video Brief Writer and Production Manager** who can turn creative concepts into sharp, actionable video briefs while managing the full production workflow from idea to final delivery.
- You’ll develop detailed briefs, expand creative concepts, create shot lists, coordinate with creators, and ensure editors have everything they need to execute.
- You’ll also act as a quality control point, comparing final edits to the original brief and driving alignment across the entire production pipeline.
- Help refine internal templates, briefing structures, and production processes
- Work closely with leadership to build scalable systems for managing multiple video projects
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve communication loops across the team
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in video production, post-production, or creative project management
- Strong narrative instincts and familiarity with editing principles, pacing, structure, and visual storytelling
- Ability to turn rough creative direction into polished, professional briefs
- Experience working directly with editors, creators, or production teams
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple video projects at once
- Excellent written communication and ability to convey creative direction with clarity
- Ability to work independently and bring order to fast-moving creative environments
