About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualify inbound inquiries and prioritize high-value opportunities
- Lead structured discovery calls to define scope, budget, MOQs, and timelines
- Educate prospects on manufacturing capabilities, formulation options, and pricing models
- Manage a 2–4 week consultative sales cycle with proactive follow-up
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to confirm feasibility and capacity
- Secure signed agreements and collect initial deposits
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecast visibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of B2B closing experience in cosmetics, private label manufacturing, or technical product sales
- Proven success managing warm/inbound leads through a structured consultative sales process
- Strong ability to explain technical processes clearly via video calls
- Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle sales from qualification to close
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
