About the role

- Monitor performance metrics using Salesforce and Gong
- Help build repeatable sales infrastructure for future growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role
- Proven ability to mentor reps and influence GTM strategy
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools; data-driven and process-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally during ET hours
