Sales Manager – Enterprise, Strategic Accounts

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and close large enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR) through multi-touch sales cycles
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and GTM execution
- Coach AEs through complex negotiations and long sales timelines
- Monitor performance via Salesforce and Gong, identifying areas for optimization
- Collaborate with revenue leadership on growth strategy and outbound motion
- Help refine sales processes, playbooks, and team enablement efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing deals or reps
- Deep experience closing multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level opportunities
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong.io, and other modern sales tools
- A strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style
- Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
