About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound SMS messages
- Ask insightful, open-ended questions to understand each patient’s needs and goals
- Schedule phone consultations using tools such as Calendly
- Accurately document patient interactions using CRM and scheduling platforms (training provided)
- Build rapport with prospective patients through empathy, curiosity, and trust
- Send personalized follow-ups when needed to support next steps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Comfortable learning and navigating digital tools; CRM and scheduling platform experience is a plus
- Strong written communication for SMS, with clear verbal skills for occasional calls
- Genuinely curious and compassionate, with a people-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and privacy practices
- Interest in or familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or telehealth services
- Reliable availability during Eastern Time business hours (approximately 16:00–24:00 GMT)
- Basic proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets for light reporting tasks
