About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle AP/AR and bookkeeping operations
- Oversee invoice creation and transfer from ERP to QBO
- Issue customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment issues
- Perform basic financial reporting and support month-end reconciliation activities
- Proactively identify errors and escalate issues when appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Accounting or bookkeeping experience in cosmetic, medical, aesthetics, or healthcare industry (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP-integrated accounting workflows
- Experience managing invoicing and AR/AP in regulated, product-based environments
- Strong written and spoken English
- Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools
