About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end guest pipeline for our podcast: outreach, scheduling, communication
Develop and execute YouTube strategies that prioritize SEO, thumbnails, retention, and engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years in content marketing, podcast growth, or digital media
Experience optimizing content for YouTube and podcast optimization
Working knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn Navigator
Strong writing skills and a strategic, analytical mindset
Comfortable working independently across projects in a remote team
