Brand Content and Social Media Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage a full social content calendar end-to-end
- Produce scroll-stopping short-form video and image content tailored to parents and moms on Instagram
- Maintain brand consistency and posting cadence with minimal oversight
- Proactively source and build relationships with influencers, mom content creators, and UGC contributors
- Lead Instagram growth through strategic content, engagement, and community building
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and spoken English — native or top-tier fluency required
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands
- Proven ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content well beyond basic design tools
- Experience managing influencer or UGC programs independently
- Comfortable operating as a one-person content engine: strategy, creation, scheduling, and reporting
- Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and be fluent in remote collaboration tools (Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, or similar)
