About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create engaging graphic designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital assets
Support visual content needs for photography-related projects and promotions
Assist with influencer outreach, including researching creators, sending outreach messages, and tracking responses
Maintain basic outreach and contact lists, follow-ups, and status updates
Handle ad hoc virtual assistant and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling, organization, simple research)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience (or strong practical experience) in graphic design or visual content creation
Proficiency with basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple small tasks in a fast-moving startup environment
Clear written communication skills and confidence reaching out to influencers or partners
Prior remote work experience is required, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
Candidates must have experience working with US- or UK-based companies.
