About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create engaging graphic designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital assets
- Support visual content needs for photography-related projects and promotions
- Assist with influencer outreach, including researching creators, sending outreach messages, and tracking responses
- Maintain basic outreach and contact lists, follow-ups, and status updates
- Handle ad hoc virtual assistant and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling, organization, simple research)
- Support basic sales or partnership activities, such as preparing materials or assisting with follow-ups
- Help keep digital files, assets, and workflows organized
- Collaborate with the founder and team to support day-to-day business needs
- Bring creative ideas and contribute to a positive, startup-style working environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience (or strong practical experience) in graphic design or visual content creation
- Proficiency with basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple small tasks in a fast-moving startup environment
- Clear written communication skills and confidence reaching out to influencers or partners
- Prior remote work experience is required, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
- Candidates must have experience working with US- or UK-based companies.
