About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients

- Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM
- Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement
- Learn and articulate the company’s healthcare-focused value proposition
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
- Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
- Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
