About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives

- Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance in Salesforce/HubSpot
- Build and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and revenue
- Partner with Marketing to sharpen GTM alignment
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales; 2+ years leading quota-carrying reps
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed goals
- Strong command of sales performance tools (Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
