About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned to revenue goals and target personas
- Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, webinars, and events
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to translate value propositions into high-performing campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to define ICPs, manage lead lifecycle, and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion
- Build and manage campaign calendars, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze performance using funnel metrics (CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, ROI) and deliver actionable insights
- Run experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve messaging, channels, and conversion rates
- Manage external vendors and agencies as needed
- Ensure data integrity and consistent attribution across systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand programs
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies.
