Marketing Manager – DTC Telehealth
Hire Hangar GlobalMarketing Manager overseeing DTC telehealth brands, driving growth through strategic messaging and campaign development. Collaborating with creative and media teams to optimize performance across multiple channels.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning for each brand and SKU
- Translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into compelling narratives
- Own customer personas and journey maps across all funnel stages
- Develop campaign concepts and creative briefs for paid social, email, landing pages
- Partner with media buyers to align creative strategy with performance goals
- Outline testing plans covering hooks, offers, angles, and formats to validate
- Act as the central connector between teams
- Review campaign performance data to identify what's working and adjust messaging accordingly
- Maintain a "what works" playbook across brands
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years in marketing manager, product marketing, or growth marketing roles
- Strong B2C/DTC background, ideally in health/wellness, consumer subscription, or telehealth
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Excellent messaging, positioning, and copywriting instincts
- Solid understanding of paid social performance levers
- Comfortable with basic analytics
- Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools.
