Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing and screening across multiple open roles
- Review resumes and conduct initial qualification assessments
- Lead high-volume video screenings to evaluate candidate fit efficiently
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews across recruiters and hiring managers
- Manage and maintain job postings across job boards and sourcing platforms
- Create and update job descriptions (JDs) in collaboration with recruiters and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
- Send high volumes of candidate communications, updates, and follow-ups
- Support general recruitment administration and ad hoc tasks as needed
- Ensure a consistent, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous hands-on experience in a sourcing or recruitment support role within a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment is mandatory
- Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar)
- Proven ability to manage repetitive, high-volume recruitment tasks with accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable conducting video-based candidate screenings and managing tight timelines
- Experience supporting operational or high-volume recruitment teams (preferred)
- Familiarity with job posting management and employer branding basics (preferred)
- Experience working with recruitment metrics, pipelines, or reporting (preferred)
- Prior exposure to creating or updating job descriptions (preferred)
