About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver customer onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients.
- Lead workshops and cohorts that help teams master workflows.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for marketing users.
- Build and refine enablement playbooks to ensure long-term adoption.
- Support clients with CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting (HubSpot or similar).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement, ideally in SaaS or agency environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (required).
- Strong communication skills and experience running client-facing training or workshops.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Passion for teaching, enabling, and helping clients succeed.
