Account Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of ~200 existing restaurant clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and close new business
- Run discovery calls, present solutions, and manage deals through the full sales cycle
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account notes, and activity logs in the CRM
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and reorders
- Collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth client experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with a proven outbound track record
- High emotional intelligence — able to build trust and navigate complex client relationships
- Excellent spoken and written English suited for US client-facing communication
- Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management habits
- Experience working with US-based clients
