About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of ~200 existing restaurant clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and close new business
  • Run discovery calls, present solutions, and manage deals through the full sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, account notes, and activity logs in the CRM
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and reorders
  • Collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with a proven outbound track record
  • High emotional intelligence — able to build trust and navigate complex client relationships
  • Excellent spoken and written English suited for US client-facing communication
  • Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management habits
