Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the initial point of contact for all prospective client inquiries via phone, email, and web form

- Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal intake, client services, or customer-facing coordination role
- Familiarity with legal intake procedures and the general operations of a law firm environment
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong ability to gather detailed information efficiently
- Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records
