Account Executive – Consultative Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct discovery calls with warm leads
- Deeply understand each prospect's practice, challenges, and goals before presenting solutions
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals
- Handle objections with transparency
- Close new business and hand off smoothly
- Maintain accurate pipeline notes in our CRM
- Run structured follow-up sequences via email, messaging, and calls
- Collaborate closely with the founder and internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in agency services or SaaS
- Proven track record running full sales cycles from discovery to close
- Excellent spoken and written English; must be easy for US-based clients to understand
- Confident and polished on Zoom and presentations
- Strong integrity in selling
- Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits
- Prior experience working remotely; candidates without demonstrated remote work experience will not be considered
- Comfortable reporting to and collaborating closely with the CEO
