About the role

  • You are responsible for the sales function — from strategy and pipeline to deal closing and forecasting
  • You develop and implement a sales strategy (target customers, positioning, go-to-market, pricing input)
  • You acquire new customers (hunter) and strategically grow existing accounts (farming)
  • You manage the entire sales cycle: (pre-)sales meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, contract signing
  • You establish processes, standards and playbooks (lead qualification, opportunity management, follow-up, reporting)
  • You maintain and develop our CRM and a reliable pipeline including KPI tracking and forecasts
  • You work closely with executive management, marketing and delivery/consulting to convert opportunities into projects

Requirements

  • Several years of experience selling IT consulting services and software products
  • Proven track record in active sales (new business + strong closing ability) and a pronounced ownership mentality
  • Very good understanding of customer requirements, decision-maker structures and value-based selling
  • Confident presence, strong communication and negotiation skills — from C-level to business units
  • Structured working style: able to prioritize, create forecasts and manage sales in a measurable way
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • University degree (e.g., Business Administration/Business Informatics) or comparable qualification
