About the role

  • You analyze clients' requirements and guide them through their digital transformation process.
  • You configure the relevant (Atlassian) tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and implement customer-specific customizations.
  • You install and integrate tools and seamlessly embed them into the existing IT landscape.
  • You evaluate extension possibilities and develop tailored solutions.
  • To effectively support clients in using the implemented tools, you run workshops and training sessions.
  • You support the automation and optimization of processes.
  • To ensure the best possible solution, you consistently work closely with internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Enthusiasm for digital transformation and modern cloud applications for project and service management
  • Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with international clients
  • Understanding of technical contexts and solution-oriented thinking
  • Team spirit and personal responsibility
  • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
  • Nice to have: Experience using and administering Atlassian products or similar solutions
  • Nice to have: Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of ITIL best practices
