About the role
- You will analyze clients' requirements together with experienced colleagues and support them through their digital transformation process — working as part of a team, with guidance and supervision.
- You will learn how to configure Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and adapt them to clients' individual requirements.
- You will assist with the installation and integration of tools and, together with experienced colleagues, integrate them into the existing IT landscape.
- You will contribute to the evaluation of extension options and the development of tailored solutions.
- You will help prepare and deliver workshops and training sessions to effectively support clients in using the implemented tools.
- You will support the automation and optimization of processes to increase business process efficiency.
- You will provide first- and second-level support.
- To ensure the best possible solution, you will work closely with internal teams and clients at all times.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, or initial professional experience in the described field
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and modern cloud applications for project and service management
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration — including with international clients
- Understanding of technical contexts and solution-oriented thinking
- Team spirit and personal responsibility
- Fluent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
- Nice to have: Initial experience using and administering Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence) or similar solutions
- Basic knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar, which you are keen to deepen
