About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead deployment planning and execution for payor customers, including timelines, ownership, milestones, and implementation outcomes
  • Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business priorities, workflows, compliance considerations, and implementation constraints
  • Translate customer needs into actionable deployment plans
  • Coordinate deployment, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams
  • Drive implementation readiness through stakeholder alignment, rollout sequencing, training plans, risk tracking, and launch preparation
  • Identify and resolve blockers affecting go-live timelines, member experience, internal operations, or customer outcomes
  • Guide customers through rollout, adoption, organizational change, and expectation-setting
  • Capture deployment learnings and create repeatable playbooks, templates, and best practices
  • Use deployment insights to inform product and process improvements
  • Support or lead a major payor deployment milestone by day 90
  • Lead multiple payor deployments and contribute to faster time to value, stronger adoption, and scalable delivery within 12 months
  • Work with implementation managers, engineers, product managers, customer success partners, clinical experts, and customer stakeholders
  • Travel for on-site implementation support, customer meetings, training, and go-live activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in deployment, implementation, customer success, strategic operations, consulting, or a related customer-facing role, ideally with enterprise or healthcare customers
  • Strong understanding of payor-side healthcare workflows, operations, and organizational dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders across operations, clinical programs, IT, compliance, and executive functions
  • Excellent communication skills to translate between customer goals, operational realities, and internal execution plans
  • Strong project leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of driving execution across cross-functional teams and maintaining momentum through complex implementations
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational follow-through
  • Direct experience with health plans, managed care organizations, payors, or adjacent healthcare organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with care management workflows, utilization management, member engagement, operational change management, and cross-functional coordination preferred
  • Experience building or improving deployment processes, playbooks, and delivery frameworks preferred
  • Experience with AI, digital health, member operations tools, care navigation, or healthcare technology deployments preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and related data-handling considerations preferred
  • United States work authorization is addressed in the application form
