About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Hippocratic AI's commercial relationships with the world's largest medical device and MedTech accounts.
  • Lead strategic enterprise sales cycles from prospect to close.
  • Drive the company toward its growth goal for 2027.
  • Partner closely with Product, Clinical, and GTM teams to land and expand AI-driven patient engagement solutions across the Medical Device and MedTech vertical.
  • Represent Hippocratic AI at Med-Tech industry forums, executive briefings, and key conferences to build pipeline and thought leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years selling into devices or MedTech accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record closing large ($1M+) enterprise deals at Med-Device or Med-Tech organizations.
  • Experience selling consulting, SaaS, or AI solutions requiring creative structuring and solution design.
  • VP-level enterprise seller with a quota-carrying history at ~$3M+ ARR per year.
  • Strong communication skills — ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes.
  • Intellectual curiosity and mission alignment.
