About the role
- Own and close enterprise deals focused on Nurse CoPilot solutions across health systems, IDNs, and large provider organizations.
- Engage nursing leadership (CNOs, CNIOs, VPs of Nursing) to understand workforce challenges, care delivery gaps, and operational priorities.
- Translate clinical and operational needs into AI-driven solutions, clearly articulating ROI across staffing efficiency, patient outcomes, and nurse experience.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan to exceed revenue targets within provider organizations.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including clinical, IT, finance, and executive buyers.
- Position Nurse CoPilot within broader organizational priorities, including value-based care, workforce sustainability, and patient engagement.
- Partner closely with clinical, product, and implementation teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives on AI adoption in nursing and care delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including nursing shortages, regulatory changes, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Travel extensively to meet clients, support pilots, and represent Hippocratic AI at industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, MSN, or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record selling into healthcare providers or IDNs.
- Proven success closing complex, high-value deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of hospital operations, with strong familiarity with nursing workflows, care coordination, or patient engagement.
- Experience selling to or engaging with clinical leadership (especially nursing leadership).
- Strong knowledge of value-based care models and their impact on operational and technology decisions.
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and build consensus across clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
- Excellent executive presence, with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and digital health platforms
