About the role
- Transform partner requests into pixel-perfect web updates, landing pages, and design assets that align with brand guidelines and drive measurable results.
- Build and style pages/components in WordPress/Elementor; ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser quality from draft to launch.
- Produce on-brand graphics, logos, collateral, and light multimedia using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.
- Configure and style forms, automations, and integrations in GoHighLevel; test end-to-end data capture and routing for reliability.
- Manage requests in ClickUp—open/close tasks, update statuses and custom fields, attach requirements—keeping projects organized and on track.
- Diagnose front-end issues, apply HTML/CSS fixes, and escalate complex items with clear reproduction steps and context.
- Provide proactive updates, timelines, and deliverables; maintain a professional, service-first mindset that keeps partners supported and satisfied.
- Work closely with the Senior Web Designer and Senior Web Developer on site builds, Figma layouts, QA, and documentation to keep work moving efficiently.
- Execute QA checklists, validate links/forms/flows, capture UAT feedback, and document changes for clean handoffs.
- Maintain organized, versioned web/design files, as well as creative assets, in Google Drive for fast and reliable team access.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend SOP improvements, templates, and reusable components to streamline delivery and raise quality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in digital marketing (medical, dental, or orthodontic sector preferred).
- 3–5 years in web design/development, landing pages, and graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, WordPress, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred), ClickFunnels, or similar CRM tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred).
- Understanding of SEO/SEM and content best practices (preferred).
- Strong graphic design and typography skills; experience with video editing and multimedia.
- Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a partner-first mindset.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment—resourceful in finding answers, resolving issues, and driving solutions without constant direction.
- Positive, solutions-oriented approach; collaborates effectively, addresses challenges constructively, and keeps work moving forward.
