About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply a strategic perspective to coordinate internal and external resources, focusing on developing the main narratives for each cycle and adapting their rollouts according to each audience (B2B/B2C/Retail);
Serve as the technical and artistic lead for live events and training sessions on YouTube and Zoom;
Coordinate audiovisual production for events of all sizes, including large-scale events such as the Hinode International Convention (for 4,000 attendees);
Manage the audiovisual team and external vendors;
Lead the editing of concept videos, product videos, training materials, and corporate videos;
Support the social media team in developing engaging content for social platforms;
Use AI responsibly to improve delivery quality and team productivity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field;
Proven experience in the activities described above;
Proficiency in OBS, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and/or Illustrator is essential;
Strong technical knowledge for equipment assembly and disassembly (setup and teardown);
Must be organized and have strong interpersonal skills;
Experience with network marketing and/or the beauty market is a plus;
Knowledge of Motion graphics and DaVinci Resolve is important, and you should stay up to date with AI tools.
