About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Events team in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events;
- Assist in creating and updating schedules, checklists, and area controls;
- Provide support in organizing materials, giveaways, and event kits;
- Support communication with suppliers and internal departments to follow up on requests;
- Organize documents, spreadsheets, and information related to events;
- Submit invoices for processing and make purchase requests;
- Assist with logistics for in-person and virtual events, supporting the team's activities;
- Contribute to the administrative organization of the area and to continuous process improvement;
- Participate in event setup, monitoring, and teardown stages when necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (completed)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Interest in learning about organization and production of corporate events
- Good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Currently studying a technical program or pursuing a college degree in Administration, Marketing, Events Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related fields is a plus.
