About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for end-to-end operation and maintenance of various marketplaces, including MercadoLivre, Shopee, Amazon, Beleza na Web, and others.
Create and update individual and catalog listings (including photos, videos, and technical specifications) to improve visibility, conversion rates, and channel quality scores.
Create and optimize on-platform advertising campaigns with a focus on increasing sales and ROI.
Monitor product sales and inventory, being directly accountable for the channels' revenue targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related fields / Business Administration / Engineering / Technology
Proven experience in full MercadoLivre operations
Proven experience creating and optimizing Ads campaigns, with strong knowledge of relevant metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROI, etc.) on MercadoLivre and Shopee
Experience with integrator hubs (Anymarket, Bling, Plugg.to, etc.)
Strong command of channel-specific metrics
Experience with the VTEX platform
Advanced Excel
