About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Job and Salary Management: Maintain and update job descriptions, ensuring alignment with organizational and structural changes.
  • Compensation and Benefits Policies: Develop, implement, and review Fixed and Variable Compensation and Benefits policies at a global level.
  • Personnel Budget: Prepare and monitor the global personnel/headcount budget, analyzing costs and trends.
  • People and Management KPIs: Develop and analyze strategic KPIs for people management to support decision-making.
  • Merit and Promotion Cycle Management: Support the definition of merit investment allocations and promotion processes.
  • Organizational Structure: Assess changes to the organizational structure and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • People Cost Management: Monitor SG&A personnel-related expenses and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Salary Analyses and Simulations: Conduct studies to evaluate financial and organizational impacts of compensation changes and scenarios.
  • Benefits Management: Participate in the implementation and renewal of employee benefits programs.
  • Salary Surveys: Oversee the hiring of external consultants and the execution of salary surveys.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience with compensation methodologies, policy development, and personnel budgeting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Power BI - Intermediate.
  • Differential:
  • Experience implementing job and salary structures.
  • Experience working in compensation with a LatAm scope.
  • Knowledge of the Protheus system.
  • Spanish - Intermediate.
