About the role
- Contribute to the implementation of the performance framework by defining cycles, check-in rituals, and guidelines for writing inspiring objectives and measurable key results.
- Lead workshops for objective-setting with leadership and teams, ensuring vertical alignment (strategy to operations) and horizontal alignment (across departments).
- Act as a change agent to consolidate a culture of transparency, focus, and agility.
- Actively participate in goal rollout, helping to structure the company's indicator tree and connecting strategic objectives with tactical and operational goals.
- Curate the indicators proposed by business areas, challenging relevance, calculation methods, and the real impact of each metric on overall results.
- Ensure that initiatives and projects from each department are not isolated but direct levers for corporate KPIs.
- Participate in performance rituals, moderating result discussion forums and fostering an environment of accountability and continuous learning.
- Support areas in investigating deviations in lower-level indicators and in building action plans to correct course before they affect strategic levels.
- Serve as an internal consultant to leaders, translating complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Work consultatively with teams to identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize resources, aiming to improve margins and productivity.
- Support the Human and Organizational Development (DHO) team in the Performance Evaluation cycle by bringing a technical results-delivery perspective to competency assessments.
- Help build and/or review the metrics used in performance evaluations to connect behaviors required to achieve the company’s performance indicators.
- Foster a culture where clear, measurable performance serves as the basis for employee recognition and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in Strategic Management, Strategic Planning, or related studies preferred.
- Practical experience with OKRs: having participated in or led implementation cycles of the methodology (not only theoretical knowledge).
- KPI/indicator management: proficiency in structuring targets, calculation formulas, and critical dashboard analysis.
- Experience in Strategic Planning or PMO: monitoring dashboards, supporting project prioritization, and reporting status to senior leadership.
- Data analysis: ability to extract insights from large datasets (advanced Excel is required).
- Facilitation and presentation skills: ability to run workshops and meetings with directors and managers while maintaining neutrality and focus on outcomes.
- Certifications: Project Management (PMP), Agile Methodologies, or official OKR certification.
- BI tools: knowledge of Power BI for report automation.
- Change management: experience in projects involving organizational culture change or the implementation of new management models.
- Consulting experience: prior experience in management or strategy consulting will be considered a strong advantage.
