About the role

  • Support the Area Coordinator in executing the Trade Marketing strategy, integrating the promotional calendar, brand and category priorities, and commercial targets.
  • Work across the entire planning, creation, execution and monitoring process for monthly campaigns, promotional activities, and in‑store (POS) activations.
  • Ensure aesthetic consistency, excellence of execution, and impact on sell-out.
  • Conduct periodic visits and monitor execution at the point of sale according to implementations.
  • Monitor, control and analyze the performance of promotional activities and campaigns, considering sell-in and sell-out KPIs.
  • Develop post-result (post-mortem) analyses for each cycle, generating insights, lessons learned and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Actively generate insights and strategic direction from data and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Lead the development of POS materials targeted to the retail channel:
  • Manage suppliers, budgets and production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Trade Marketing, preferably focused on the retail channel.
  • Experience participating in store openings or operations, including franchised or company-owned stores.
  • Experience with commercial planning, campaigns, promotional activities and POS materials.
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and/or Power BI (data extraction, report creation and dashboard validation/analysis).
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers and KPIs.
  • Ability to turn analyses into actionable insights and execution plans.
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Curious, critical and inquisitive profile, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the impact of actions on business results.
  • Proactive, sense of ownership and hands-on attitude.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
