About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational and administrative support to multiple Client Success Leads
  • Learn Hinge Health’s client-success workflows, tools, and reporting processes
  • Manage and execute assigned operational projects
  • Support department and cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion
  • Coordinate multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate client information and identify and correct data-quality issues
  • Prepare client reports and segment client data for communications, events, and business reviews
  • Resolve client issues and inquiries routed through Member Support and Billing
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders when additional support is needed
  • Build cross-functional relationships across Commercial, Growth, Analytics, Operations, Product, Member Support, Billing, and Legal
  • Anticipate needs, communicate risks, and deliver accurate work across multiple Client Success relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, administration, or a related field
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and following established processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience working at a high-growth company or startup (preferred)
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare, benefits, or a related industry (preferred)
  • Familiarity with client-success, customer relationship management, project-management, reporting, or data-segmentation tools (preferred)
  • Experience preparing reports, maintaining operational data, or supporting process improvements (preferred)
  • Experience developing client-facing materials (preferred)
  • Willingness to work from the San Francisco office 3 days a week for a typical 8-hour business day
  • Located in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
