About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for CS workflow automation
- Convert operational pain points into clear product requirements
- Lead discovery with CS, Implementation, and R&D to standardize metrics, templates, and playbooks
- Partner with Engineering and Data to ship reliable integrations and automations
- Establish and maintain data contracts and operational standards
- Incrementally develop buyer-facing capabilities that create client value
- Build and run a durable operating cadence for consistent execution and impact
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in Product Management (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to convert qualitative “time sink” problems into deterministic workflows
- Experience with enterprise-grade workflow and integration stacks
- Strong cross-functional leadership with CS, Implementation, Design, Data, and Engineering
- Excellent product writing (PRDs/TDDs), prioritization, and stakeholder management
