About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Concept and craft high-quality design and motion graphics, UI motion, and visual effects that bring the brand narrative to life across video and digital touchpoints.
- Drive projects from initial concept to high-fidelity final delivery, utilizing storyboarding, style frames, and animation to execute detail-oriented work within our brand system.
- Evolve our motion principles and guidelines while establishing self-serve workflows and templates that empower the wider organization to produce great work at speed.
- Push the boundaries of our motion language to deliver innovative work that delights customers and drives measurable business objectives.
- Proactively identify and integrate emerging industry trends, software, and tools to continuously improve the quality, speed, and technical capabilities of our motion design output.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-8 years of experience in motion design, video, and editing.
- A strong body of work that demonstrates expertise in product, branding, communication design, and storytelling.
- The ability to concept, design, and produce motion assets across brand foundations, marketing campaigns, paid social, and organic channels.
- Strong conceptual skills with proficiency in motion design, typography, color theory, illustration, photography, and layout.
- The ability to craft a narrative combined with the production know-how to cut and deliver assets.
- A strategic and detail-oriented approach to building and maintaining design systems.
- The capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
- A commitment to maintaining organized systems for project files, assets, and templates.
- Clear verbal and written skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills to drive projects from concept to completion.
- Expertise in Adobe CC (After Effects), Figma, Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D, and Rive, along with experience utilizing AI platforms to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- The ability to generate creative solutions that directly align with business goals.
- A growth-oriented attitude and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
