About the role
- You'll analyze current paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display) and identify quick-win optimizations to improve lead quality and reduce cost-per-acquisition
- You'll leverage AI-powered tools (Writer, Anyword, data enrichment platforms) to scale campaign production and improve targeting precision with existing resources
- You'll take ownership of at least one high-impact campaign from brief to execution, testing messaging and channel mix to establish your baseline performance
- You'll launch a series of targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in partnership with Commercial Marketing, driving engagement with key accounts
- You'll optimize paid channel performance, implementing tracking improvements and building dashboards in Google Analytics to measure campaign ROI and pipeline contribution
- You'll establish a testing framework for continuous campaign optimization, running A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and audience segmentation to increase conversion rates by at least 15%
- You'll own the demand generation strategy for one or more key segments (employer, health plan, consultant, or ecosystem partners), delivering measurable pipeline growth aligned to business targets
- You'll act as the primary strategist for paid media investments, managing external relationships and budget allocation to maximize ROI across channels
- You'll scale what works, creating repeatable playbooks and processes that the broader marketing team can leverage—embodying our "Think Long-Term" principle
Requirements
- 5-7 years of B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns
- Deep expertise in paid advertising including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, and display advertising; proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns via demand-side platforms (DSPs)
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar platforms)
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot) for campaign setup, lead management, and attribution tracking and comfort adopting AI-powered marketing tools to enhance campaign performance and efficiency
- Strong analytical skills: ability to build dashboards, interpret campaign data, calculate ROI, and translate insights into action
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including developing campaign briefs, tracking budgets, and evaluating performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
