About the role

Join the team that's transforming how millions access MSK care—and help us do it face-to-face.
You'll be at the center of planning, executing, and promoting 50+ external conferences and Hinge Health-owned events annually.
You will dive into the fundamentals of B2B event marketing by supporting logistics for 10-15 events.
Manage event logistics from start to finish for smaller conferences, coordinate cross-functional teams.
Analyze event performance metrics to inform future strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field
1-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, project management, or related role
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools
Willingness to travel for events (approximately 10-15% travel)
