About the role
- Support the development and delivery of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Third-Party Risk Management frameworks
- Ensure frameworks are compliant with regulatory expectations and aligned with values
- Plan and run scenario testing exercises
- Capture insights and turn lessons learned into tangible improvements
- Support reporting to senior leaders for informed decision making
Requirements
- Strong understanding of third-party risk frameworks and supplier management
- Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or risk management within financial services or a regulated environment
- Organised, solutions-focused, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- A calm, collaborative approach and a passion for doing the right thing, even under pressure
