About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver high-quality synchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication
  • Provide prompt and empathetic clinical customer service on the platform
  • Adhere to platform guidelines and policies and complete required training
  • Evaluate and manage patients requiring testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
  • Provide care for men's health concerns, with emphasis on diagnosing and treating hormone-related conditions in male patients
  • Deliver synchronous video visits with additional asynchronous care as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AG-ACNP, ACNPC-AG etc.)
  • Unrestricted DEA license
  • Have prescribed Schedule III controlled substances in KS, MA, ME, MO, or WV
  • Board Certification in Family, Acute Care, or Adult Gerontology
  • 3+ years of applicable clinical practice experience, exclusive of orientation/training
  • 1+ years of previous telehealth experience
  • Actively licensed in more than 5 states
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Comfortable providing care synchronously via video
  • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
  • Active state license in good standing
  • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and compassion
