About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality synchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication
- Provide prompt and empathetic clinical customer service on the platform
- Adhere to platform guidelines and policies and complete required training
- Evaluate and manage patients requiring testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
- Provide care for men's health concerns, with emphasis on diagnosing and treating hormone-related conditions in male patients
- Deliver synchronous video visits with additional asynchronous care as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AG-ACNP, ACNPC-AG etc.)
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Have prescribed Schedule III controlled substances in KS, MA, ME, MO, or WV
- Board Certification in Family, Acute Care, or Adult Gerontology
- 3+ years of applicable clinical practice experience, exclusive of orientation/training
- 1+ years of previous telehealth experience
- Actively licensed in more than 5 states
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Comfortable providing care synchronously via video
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- Active state license in good standing
- Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and compassion
