About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver high-quality synchronous and asynchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication
  • Complete initial and follow-up visits synchronously to review progress and adjust medications
  • Provide prompt and empathetic patient care on the platform
  • Adhere to Hims & Hers platform guidelines and policies
  • Complete all required training
  • Evaluate and manage patients requiring testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board-Certified Physician; Board-Eligible Physicians are not considered
  • Medical Degree (MD/DO)
  • Unrestricted DEA license
  • Experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances in KS, MA, ME, MO, or WV
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, or Endocrinology
  • 1+ years of applicable clinical practice experience, exclusive of orientation/training
  • 1+ years of previous telehealth experience
  • 1+ years treating testosterone deficiency through testosterone replacement therapy
  • Actively licensed in more than 5 states
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Comfortable providing synchronous video and asynchronous chat care
  • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits; active state license in good standing
  • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and compassion
