About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality synchronous and asynchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication as necessary
Provide prompt and empathetic patient care on the platform
Adhere to Hims & Hers platform guidelines and policies
Complete all required training
Help shape a new clinical program in peptides and longevity
Contribute hands-on to clinical protocols, patient experience, and care delivery as the program grows
Provide care across a range of health concerns, with particular focus on peptide therapy and diagnosing and treating hormone-related conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Medical Degree (MD/DO)
Unrestricted DEA license
Experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, Endocrinology, or OB/GYN
1+ years of applicable clinical practice experience, exclusive of orientation/training
1+ years of previous telehealth experience
Actively licensed in more than 10 states
No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
Active state license in good standing
Strong diagnostic skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Comfortable providing care synchronously via video and asynchronously via chat
Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
Experience prescribing or familiarity with peptide therapies is a strong plus
Comfort practicing in an evolving treatment area
Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
Applicants must be Board-Certified; Board-Eligible Physicians are not considered
