About the role

  • Senior member of leadership team responsible for transforming Clinical and Customer Operations technology and AI portfolio
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of technology and AI professionals, including hiring, mentoring, and developing senior talent
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the AI and machine learning portfolio
  • Act as a thought leader on technology and AI product innovation, influencing senior leadership on investments and strategic direction
  • Drive end-to-end execution of the team's product portfolio; establish processes and standards to ensure delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions
  • Foster a culture of deep customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and rapid experimentation
  • Partner with senior leaders across engineering, data science, clinical, and business functions to ensure strategic alignment and resource allocation
  • Establish and champion a robust framework for the ethical and responsible development of AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and patient privacy

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is preferred, but not required.
  • 10+ years of product and technology experience
  • At least 5 years in a people management role leading technical teams
  • Proven track record of building and shipping successful, large-scale AI, machine learning, or data-intensive products from the ground up
  • Exceptional strategic and business acumen, with experience translating high-level business objectives into a clear, investable product strategy
  • Outstanding communication, influence, and executive presence
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing product management teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries is preferred
  • A deep passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems, improve healthcare outcomes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
