About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive AI projects and roadmaps across patient and messaging journeys from 0-to-1 concepts to global scale
  • Define problem statements, success metrics, and guardrails balancing user value, clinical safety, and business impact
  • Bridge patient and provider experiences across patient interfaces, provider tools, and internal workflows
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, and Applied AI teams to turn LLMs, agents, retrieval, and personalization systems into user experiences
  • Design AI systems with safety and trust as first-class considerations
  • Align with Care Operations, Clinical, and Legal teams on escalation rules, failure modes, and safeguards
  • Drive experimentation and continuous learning through A/B tests, cohort analysis, and qualitative research
  • Integrate structured data, guidelines, and retrieval into AI flows and define evaluation standards for hallucination and safety
  • Work with Operations and Support teams to incorporate edge cases, failure scenarios, and operational load into product and system design
  • Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and progress across AI initiatives to executive stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of Consumer Product Management experience
  • Substantive experience building applied AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products
  • Track record of shipping high-quality consumer experiences that drive engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes
  • Familiarity with LLM-based systems, including prompting, evaluation, retrieval, tools/agents, and reinforcement or feedback loops
  • Strong product sense for consumer guided experiences such as assistants, flows, onboarding, or habit-forming products
  • Demonstrated ability to define and iterate on user-level, system-level, and safety/quality metrics
  • Background in A/B testing, causal inference, or experimentation platforms for consumer-facing products
  • Ability to own outcomes end-to-end
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and influence skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
